Just came in from watering the garden and giving the ducks fresh water. I had to top up the pools as well, it was warm and windy for a few days so a lot evaporated along with whatever the ducks splashed, drank or carried out with them. They were excited to root around in the wet soil around the plants, lots of chatter going on and running around being crazies.

They sound like so much fun!

I spent about 2.5 hours raking up pine needles in the free range pen today. The chickens are like a bunch of kids with piles of leaves, not much help, but having a good time...lol

Garden today. Dill, the carrot is blooming, oregano and one of the thyme plants, lavender.
