Thanks, a lot of produce is ugly right now. It blew my mind when there was no zucchini at the store the other day.Your Romaine looks better than what the grocery store is selling. How many harvests do you usually get from one plant?

I have only tried a second harvest this one time on a whim; I’ll likely toss it and start fresh when I harvest it. It’s not worth the cost of electricity to keep it going as the only plant. Will likely try a second harvest from this big one and start a new batch at the same time in the same bucket to make it worthwhile.
You can get a second harvest from celery too. Also less abundant, but still worth the effort. Even store bought celery can be replanted and will grow a second harvest for you.
