This is the sky today with some variation of cloud cover, mostly heavier but there were still shadows on the ground. Oven temp range was 200-250 degrees. It’s also very breezy, the reflectors were moving around quite a bit.

Bread pudding took a couple of hours but it smells delicious.

More pickles, spears and sandwich slices. I included garlic, more pickling spice and dill, and a couple extra bay leaves per jar

Five pints of Mrs. Wages pasta sauce. I had some siphoning but they all sealed. Ten more pints to go

ETA I put the sauce from the jar that siphoned into the freezer, don’t want to take any chances.

IM,,,,, are your pickles in brine,,, or in vinegar solution??
Long ago I used to make pickles in brine, for soup use. Now I just purchase a jar when I need one. (brine for soup,,, regular vinegar cured for all other purposes)
These are in brine. If there are still pickling cucumbers over the weekend I might pick up another bunch and do some in vinegar. I plan to grow some myself when it cools off.
