Fugly Farm

@igorsMistress I put that 1/2-inch hardware cloth wire on the bottom part of my wire dog crate out there to keep the chick's in it. It also help's keep the bigger one's from being able to peck them.
Igor did that but it's not high enough. I told him that but hey, what do I know?

Coop renovations today included moving the nest boxes to the mini coop and swapping the 2x4 roost for a 2x2 roost.

Garden, after. I have one plant I'm going to move again in the morning but then I'm done until I plant carrots later in the year. Moved the thyme from one side to the other next to the rosemary. The elephant ears are doing better with the shade from the morning sun. I might put shade cloth across the top half of the West side of the structure next year.

The big girls aren't great at it either, at least for me.
Sometimes that's true for me as well. I have less of that problem without a rooster right now. Although it's possible these 2 AC chicks are both boys. Their combs are getting pretty big for girls.
