Fugly Farm

I have to hand it to Cuckoo she has stuck with it and the chicks are slowly coming around. Yesterday one was following her, today the other 2 are hot on her heels also. I've been opening the pop door in the afternoons so she can try coaxing them outside. The AC are starting to enjoy being out of the coop in the late afternoon to forage a little bit in the yard. Blue is definitely in charge and Joan Crawford is second in command. The two of them have a favorite spot to dust bathe in the morning, when they got up after their bath today the looked like Pigpen from Peanuts!

Hey IM and BlueBaby, have either of you seen the posts about the NN Haybale? It's not one continuous thread, but this is the lastest one with a fun short video: #17

I just went to look. Thank's for pointing that one out!

Thank you! It's growing up slowly but surely. Have you heard from the DR? How is hubs? Everything go ok today?

The Dr. called me this morning after the operation to let me know that he was ok, but sleeping. DH called me on the phone this evening while I was out there at the coop. I had taken the home phone outside with me. He's ok, and will maybe be released tomorrow after noon.

That's good news. I'm glad he came through surgery ok.
