I went out to water a few things and Cuckoo is all the way out in the veg garden with the chicks! The AC chicks are also adoptees. They aren’t quite as dependent but they hang out with the wee ones and Cuckoo pretty much all day.

It hasn’t been planted yet lol. It’ll have walls on it soon and they won’t have access but they love to forage in there for bugs.

Nah, honestly fodder isn’t worth the effort and really the chickens are happy with whatever veggies and greens they get already.

Franks froggy bottom has no legs, just butt and feet

there are 5 babies in the incubator now.I had to help two, one is still partially in shell in a dish to absorb a bit of blood and yolk. One died in shell after pip. If the others don’t pip by this afternoon I’m going to open the eggs.
