Bunny salad from the garden :yesss:I didn’t even have to plant the dandelions. There’s dill and flat leaf parsley too. I’m going to snip a little bit of each thing and Mia with a few peas for the ducks today

Nice mix of greens for the duckies! Who gets the Ruffles?

Garden today. I’m disappointed in the carrot tapes so I’m going to dig out a brand I’ve planted before and put those in. It’s a gorgeous day outside! Partly cloudy, about 72 degrees.
Frankenwagon will be a mini greenhouse so I can start my tomatoes and peppers next weekend.

Water bucket and some alfalfa pellets in with the feed. I put the last front panel on the bottom of the the coop front and the girls seem to feel more secure. I’m hoping they’ll start drinking from the bucket when the bowl gets dirty and then I’ll ditch the bowl and maybe they’ll go outside to bathe and such. We’re working on a pool but I can’t find the stock tank I wanted. Who would have thought?! So we’re back to square one there and in talks about a ramp and a larger pop door.

72* sounds like a perfect day to spend outside! Love seeing all your green growing things when we're covered in cold white stuff. What is the plant with the little purple (navy blue?) berries?

Firecracker plant I think. I dunno what the little berries are but the plant sure is pretty right now isn’t it?

It's a beautiful plant! Do birds eat the berries?
I don’t know, it’s in the shade garden so fully enclosed. Since I don’t have the chickens it’s a bird ghost town here except for hummingbirds in the big tree out by the coop.
It may not be a firecracker plant either, I can’t remember.
