The rabbits have been outside for roughly two weeks and so far they seem to enjoy all the space. Kevin is a smudge as he streaks past, frequenting the tunnel around the coop regularly.
The worms are set up and I’ve fed them once. The fruit and veg seem have disappeared but no progress on the browns yet. I gave them cardboard. Here’s a pic of the bin right after I set it up. The mat and clear lid are inside the main lid now and there’s been no mass exodus so they must be content

Will be getting seeds planted this weekend. It’s a bit late but I’m giving it a shot anyway.

I’m making worm tea to feed all the shrubs this weekend. This is being made with commercial worm poop. The lemons are in another five gallon bucket that we picked during the week. We’ve already given some to my folks, and I have a few bags to send to work with hubs. Lemonade is on the horizon.

I’ll be trimming shrubs and we need to get our bulk trash out this weekend. Our city has a program that recycles old trash cans into compost bins so I got one of those. It’s currently in the beginning of the process, so I have a place to put more stuff. This is when I miss the chickens!
Good morning NFC. Yup, we have an improved Meyer lemon. It’s had flowers on it again before I had a chance to pick the lemons. It needs a good trim this year.Hi IM
Did you grow those lemons? Glad the rabbits are enjoying their outdoor area!

Few pics of progress on the yard. When it’s time to turn the compost I’m moving the barrel closer to the shade garden. The goose under the umbrella is my xmas gift from my son and DIL. It’s solar powered, will get some pics of it after it has charged. The eggs in the basket are chicken and duck eggs from their house.
Abby is going to the vet today, she has been scratching quite a bit and is giving herself some raw spots.
