She is a plant nut but as you may have read, she didn't grow these. She's been doing indoor plants for a few years now. She's the reason I've got indoor plants. These are fabulous! Has she been practicing for a long time?

I used to love indoor plants, but then I got indoor cats. Thank goodness, my husband has green thumbs, so we have a yard full of beautiful plants. Not so many as we had before the drought though. She is a plant nut but as you may have read, she didn't grow these. She's been doing indoor plants for a few years now. I keep getting plants so I must like them. My flat looks a lot less spartan with them. I don't do pets really and I'm not a fan of cats. I'm allergy ridden when it comes to pet hair. Strangely, I don't have the same problem with feathers. I had chickens coming in and out of my house in Catalonia all day long and had one breakage in ten years mainly due to lack of supervision skills by Treacle. The chicks liked to jump onto the the food stroage units to get out of the way of the adults.I used to love indoor plants, but then I got indoor cats. Hey, I’m here to say that sometimes keeping them alive is all you can do lol. She has a nice collection though! Did he teach her how to care for them?My daughter inherited them. She didn't grow them. She has managed to keep them alive though. Her husbands father grew them.

The main problem was lack of privacy when writing about the little monsters on BYC.

Bear in mind I know next to nothing about Bonsai trees. My understanding is that once trained to size and shape these outdoor varieties don't need much care. No doubt she'll have an app for them.Hey, I’m here to say that sometimes keeping them alive is all you can do lol. She has a nice collection though! Did he teach her how to care for them?

I don't know. It broke my heart leaving them.Nice to see the older pictures Shad, I remember the indoor nesting box in particular! What happened to the flock when you relocated back to the UK? You must miss them.
Pretty much yeah. A little trim here and there, repot once a year or so and that’s pretty much it.Bear in mind I know next to nothing about Bonsai trees. My understanding is that once trained to size and shape these outdoor varieties don't need much care. No doubt she'll have an app for them.![]()
