IM, is today duck day?

I dunno Debby. The whole point really was to get rid of Elvis and not put him in the freezer. If I don’t get a response to my text today then Elvis goes in the freezer tomorrow and the boy can keep his damn ducks. That’s where I’m at.

The boy says he’s going to catch ducks today. I told him I’m not trying to be a PITA, but Elvis tries to keep everyone but Toast away from the ice and mud puddles. I’m not ok with everyone else croaking from the heat and only suggested the trade because they said they want him back rather than me putting him in the freezer. Hopefully getting the bowling pin triplets back, Pip, Bean and Fig

Good news and bad news.

Good news is that the Nn chick, I’m calling him Phoenix, is very naked in the neck area and his chest isn’t super feathered. He has a wee bow tie.

Bad news is I don’t think Lucky is going to make it. She is struggling a lot in the heat so I brought her in, but she’s not doing well. I was able to syringe some electrolytes but I don’t have high hopes for her.
