Full crop - trying to get in front of the problem

So I have a 10 week old chick that had REALLY fullc rop yesterday. I mean baloon. So I let her sleep overnight just to make sure it wasn't her just pigging out on food. This moring the crop is still the same way. It doesn't smell and she eats well....still...

Shuold I do anything about it? Is this a problem? or until she display that she is sick or her beak starts to smell I shouldn't do anything?

You can start by giving the chick some ACV in the water. Be very careful if you put anything in the mouth by dropper not to choke the chick.
