full grown hens can`t walk

I have been having problems with my hens losing the ability to walk. They are fine one day and the next they will be using their wings to get around. I keep my eye on them and they never get better. They just get weaker and then finally die. It takes about 6days from when you first notice it until they are gone. I can`t find anything on this and I have searched and searched. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When were they lasted wormed and with what. Often worms can deplete their systems so much they become anemic and weak. Other illnesses can also mimic these symptoms as well. If you lose a bird try to get it to your local Dept of Ag as they often do necropolises for free or for very little charge. Sometimes you can not tell what is going on unless you have a necropsy.
