How do you post pictures in a post?

I can not explain it very good, but they have it posted here under the index. what you do is go to the top of your page and click on the Uploads, from there you click on the icon that says "brows" to find a picture and from where you want to copy and paste it from. hit the submit and a thumbnail of it will appear in your down loads. From there when ever you want to post that in one of your messages you just go back to your up load copy either the " thumb or the image" than paste it on your message. If that doesnt help than sorry, i am not a I.T. person, i play with chickens for crying out loud.
