Have you considered getting some feather fixer feed? It's good stuff - helped my super bald hen regrow feathers.

Can you specify? What does it contain? I have a naked-spot-chicken issue myself.

I use it as a 50/50 mix with their regular food and feed it all year long. My bald hen started feathering within two weeks and was fully feathered within six. My feathered friend have never looked so good.
