Funny question... but serious

Hybrids are crosses between two different animal species, and as such can't produce fertile offspring in most cases.
Chickens are all the same species, just different breeds. Like dogs. If you breed a dalmatian and a lab, the offspring are crosses, not hybrids, and will be able to have fertile offspring. Same with a Cornish cross. I think people don't generally breed Cornish X chickens because they have so much trouble mating naturally, and primarily because two Cornish X chickens may not produce the sort of chicken that you want. It might just be a first-generation-only cross, like sex links.

This is absolutely correct, to prove, here’s a pic.

Her feathers just won’t grow back. Not even one. I have tried for a month. Not 1 grew back.

I was not talking about turkens. I am talking about the chickens with no feathers at all.
Pull them out or force her to molt by removing food and putting her in complete darkness for a while, if you think that is what is best for her.
It is controversial, however, it's an option.

Don't force a molt! She'll be fine with a few bare patches on her until her next natural molt. If they don't grow back after her natural molt, she'll still be fine, but they probably will regrow naturally.
You should look into getting her a saddle to protect her from the rooster, or trim his claws, or both.
