~>Fury of the Wind<~ (A Bird RP)

Pics
Wordlessly, Moonlight fluttered into the cloudy white sky, wondering if a Scandaroon and a crow could fly to the heights that she could with that skycutter blood pumping in her brave, pigeon heart.

"Are you going to keep stammering, or tell me?" Riski was swimming a figure-eight shaped groove right into the bay. "I can help you."
Claw watched the pigeon lieutenant launch her round body into the sky, giving Barky a sideways glance.

"It's not me I'm worried about!" Fish Sticks crouched down to gaze at the long-beaked bird swimming lazily in the water. "You disrespected an extremely aggressive and petty senior!" He fretted, looking around anxiously. "He'll surely be after you, with a pod of whales and a couple of seals along with him!" The distraught gull wailed.

Name: Magnolia
Age: 3 months
Gender: f
Personality: Spunky and willing to put herself in dangerous situations, but knows her limitations. A perfect counter for Cricket's "gung-ho" way of doing things.
Description: a glossy crow, though small, has most of her feathers. Delicately featured. Her tiny legs are so precious you are afraid to break them. Short, with small, intelligent eyes. A crow, ok?
Rank/Status: kinda a chick
Family (if significant): not significant, but she has one. I can singlehandedly npc them if needed.
Mate: n
Chicks: she is one
History: Cricket's friend through everything, no matter where she gets herself. Tries to get out with her "smarts" but her ideas in the past have been less than satisfactory. At least 60 percent of the time she's had good ideas.

"Ah, what can a whale do to me? He thinks he's big but, honestly, he's a kitten to me," Riski flapped into the sky and sailed the prevailing winds, turning them and swooping gracefully, turning from a duck-gull thing to an angel in a flap of his great wings.

Accepted! :D

Cricket laughed and shot into the sky, then dived into the undergrowth, weaving around the tree trunks and shrubs that appeared in her path. It felt so good to fly like this; no worries about anything, just the wind in her feathers.
"Bop!" A little shadow dropped on Cricket from the trees above. Magnolia, eyes shining, batted Cricket with a wing. She chuckled.
"It's me! Mom and Dad let me go for like, at least the amount of time it takes for a couple of leaves to fall..." She said it in the cool, adolescent voice she was developing, because she thought other birds would admire her if she acted lofty.
Perhaps it was her vanity, for Magnolia was turning into one of the most beautiful crows around.

"Kittens should be high on my list of feared creatures." Fish Sticks muttered to himself, noting the information for later. "Right. But can you fight off seals? And a bunch of gulls?"

"He's sending like a bunch of gulls after me? And for what reason? I sat in his precious little bay?" (Ok, italics aren't working right now, bear with me...) This was like the rose garden incident all over again! "Think he's gonna keep following me out to sea?"

Cricket cawed in alarm and tumbled to the ground in a pile of feathers. She laughed as she untangled herself from her friend. Though Cricket was two years old, she preferred the younger crows she knew to the older ones; she thought many were too stuck-up or serious. She grinned at the younger crow, standing up and trying to shake the dust from her feathers. "Finally! After my parents get back, I'm free to do anything. For now, I gotta watch the 'bald ones'." She joked. It was at that moment that Cricket realized she'd left her two youngest siblings alone. "Oh, cat dung," she muttered, "I completely forgot about my brothers!"
She leapt to the side, dodging his dive easily. "Chick-killing?" She cawed, offended. "I would never dream of doing anything of the sorts!"
"Sure," Frog replied, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "All you ravens are the same; lying back-stabbers." He scoffed, diving at her and actually trying to claw her this time.

Huffing and puffing, Pine finally managed to catch up with Cricket. Seeing this chick, who was apparently trying to take her place, she felt incredibly threatened. She landed on cricket as well, and puffed herself up. "What do YOU want!?"

(from the looks of it seems like you may be conflicting cricket with pine, but maybe I'm just making stuff up)
