Basically, the pigeon lieutenants are getting stricter about non-members and deserters by punishing them whether they've caused a problem or not. Also, they have been going after them even when they weren't in pigeon territory.
Lore (burrowing owl, played by @OldEnglishGameBantam33), Bagel Bite (seagull, @Rooster_Tyranny), Pud (deserter pigeon, @Ducklover2 ) and Angel (deserter pigeon, @9SpiceyChickens ) broke a lieutenant's wing and are now kind of wanted criminals by the pigeon military. Another group, lead by a raven named Shadow which has unknown motives, is also after them.
At the pier, where a lot of the seagulls are, Riski (albatross, AMERAUCANAS4REAL ), Ritz Crackers (seagull, AMERAUCANAS4REAL ) and Fish Sticks (seagull, RoostersAreAwesome ) were talking when Vaatras (senior seagull, RoostersAreAwesome ) showed up and started pretty much threatening Riski.
Some other important political figures: Aristocrat, a condor played by Rooster_Tyranny, who lures in outcast birds for his gang.
Cedar, hawk played by OldEnglishGameBantam33 and Cloud, played by me, who pose a threat to smaller birds.
Cement, a friendlier gang leader pigeon played by me, who has a reputation for being soft.
Barky (played by Rooster_Tyranny), another gang leader, secretly working for Aristocrat.
Suliver, gang leader played by me, who doesn't tolerate weakness among the members of his gang.

Since the last summary (above), here's what's happened:
Fish Sticks and Riski are now in raven territory, on the run from Vaatras. They met up with Bagel Bite.
Moonlight (lieutenant pigeon, AMERAUCANAS4REAL), Blizzard (expert tracker pigeon, also leads a peaceful pigeon flock at the pigeon territory border, RoostersAreAwesome), Claw (one of Shadow's follower, RoostersAreAwesome), and Barky have teamed up to hunt down Bagel Bite and the others.
Shadow and her followers captured two crows (Magnolia, played by AMERAUCANAS4REAL and Pinto, played by Rooster_Tyranny) and are currently heading back to the resistance base.

Description: light silver/grey with a slightly darker head, tail, and flight feathers. Clear blue eyes, smaller then typical. Her right middle toe is missing. She has a yellow band around her left leg.

History: nanako was actually born in captivity. She was born to two famous racer pigeons, so obviously, her owner trained her to race as well. As soon as she was born, she was raised by hand by her human. She was entered in her first race about half a year ago, but hecause she lost, by being attacked by and chased off course by an eagle that took her toe in the process, her human abandoned her in the middle of the wilderness when she returned to him. She has been on her own since then, except the two times that she encountered the pigeon clan.
Other: she came to the city only recently.

*nana yawned as she searched for food. She hadnt eaten the last few days and was really hungry. So when she spotted a park while flying, she flew down to see if there was anyone throwing food for birds that she could eat. Though she was extra careful due to the two bad encounters she had while searching for food the past two days. So she watched the area around her carefully as she descended*
