Shadow turned to him, a flash of annoyance in her eyes.

Axaz's feathers started to stand up. She looked five seconds away from ripping out his throat. "I'll teach you to disrespect ravens-" she growled.
"Enough," Shadow snapped, and with that one commanding word, Azaz stepped back. She didn't look happy about it, though, and clawed at the dirty straw floor with barely concealed rage.
Thattel gave Aspen (@LoveMyChickenBabies ) a sideways look.

I don't think the Ruler of the Woods will let that other raven kill me... At least, not yet.
As the terrifying raven was silenced by her superior, Magnolia gained enough confidence to squeak "What are you going to do with me?" Her gleaming black eyes peered bravely towards Shadow, before her anxious glance returned to Pinto, who resisted the ravens with such courage.

I don't think the Ruler of the Woods will let that other raven kill me... At least, not yet.

Shadow looked back at her, annoyance flickering over her face. "You're going to help with a little.. situation." She cawed. Then, she gestured with her wing to Azaz and flew off. Azaz stepped towards Pinto, grabbing him roughly and shoving him into the nearest dog carrier. It had a lock similar to a bird cage; could only be opened from the outside. Azaz then did the same to Magnolia in a different cage. As she walked past Pinto, her eyes lingered on him. "Next time, crow, no one will be there to stop me." She growled, flying away.

She ignored Orbit's question. "Where is Vaatras?" She snapped, staring at the two with her light eyes.
"Uh- I don't know, Oyster," Trout mumbled, "but I did hear he was looking for a gull, and some sort of notgul-"
"I know that." She growled, "You." Oyster turned her cold eyes on Orbit. "Have you seen him?"

Oyster narrowed her eyes, looking for any hidden intention. Trout tried to catch Orbit's view, shaking his head. Finally, Oyster pulled back and a shadow of a smile crossed her face. "Sure. Bring your little friend." She flapped off. Trout face-palmed.

Trout opened his beak, but closed it. "Oh, uh, that was actually pretty smart." He mumbled. "I dunno. We probably don't have to if we lay low and stay away from her..." his face brightened. "Say, I know a great place in the city for trash pizza. You in?"

"Yes, that's what I just said, silly." Trout replied. "C'mon!" He flapped his wings and flew off the fence, towards the city. He circled above Orbit and beckoned her with a wing.
