thanks for the updated info! She is a smallish Polish Fancy, bigger than a bantam, but smaller than most other regular size hens. Her feet and legs are so swollen today. I'll do this RIGHT NOW! Thanks again!

I need to report that my little Polish with the bad feet is alive and well and is now the head hen. What a spunky, gutsy little thing she is, with 1 toe and stumps left on both feet. She's even figured out how to perch...amazing!

Oh that is wonderful!!!
I have 4 Polish girls, 16 weeks, that I just brought back from the dead, heat stroke?
They are dainty but they can be tough little chickies! And oh how we love them!
Are there any sweeter chickens than Polish?

My Miss Muppet is a real independent little girl and she has things HER way, but she's so funny to watch! Life would be dull w/o my girls!
Glad your little ones survived!
