Gapeworm or Heart Failure??

Here is a video https://photos.app.goo.gl/Vwt27yK5M45U9Gm68

He does have some air, right at the front of his chest. See location in video.
OK. I'm thinking ruptured air sac or subcutaneous emphysema.

Tagging in @casportpony and @Eggcessive to take a look at your video and share their thoughts.

Chickens have 9 air sacs and 2 lungs. I'm thinking it's one of the Cervical air sacs that may be leaking. I'd like to see what the others think too.
If that's the case, then releasing the air may be helpful. Videos posted by @Eggcessive in post #3 of the link. Take a look at them and see what you think. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/possible-ruptured-air-sac.1528789/

It could be. It inflates and deflates with each breath.

Curious what could have caused it, he doesn't have any injuries. It's been going on now for quite awhile too 😑

I'll check it later today on his "walk" and see if it's any larger and try to get another video.

Is this something that should heal up overtime?
