I harvested what I could yesterday except for the root crops. The snow insulates the plants and helps prevent frost damage. As of this morning I am up to 4 1/4" of snow and it is still coming down.so sorry, hope you were prepared for this and have the things you want inside

that is one beautiful melon, i still have one cantaloupe in the fridge and three watermelons on the vine that need brought in , gd will love them,Most of the melons needed at least another week or two to ripen.
Orange Silverwave Cantaloupe It was almost there and did give hints of how good it could be if it was ripe. I ate it anyway.

Not positive but believe this is a Halona Cantaloupe. At least this one is ripe.
