Gender anyone?

So I've asked this before and still can not figure out what the heck this thing is. It's a bourbon red but dont know what gender it is. Any help.
About 4 months old..maybe less

Looks like a girlie. You have white lacing, small snood and hair on the head-still kinda early but I'd bet money that's it's a hen.
