I'd like to say pullet but her comb is showing a bit of red and she has the start of wattles. If you could post new photo at 8 weeks of age, should tell one or the other.

I have a strong feeling that you have a hen... But I agree with drumstick diva on the terms that you should wait a few more weeks just to make sure the comb isn't growing.
