Ok...here's the scoop. I have the sweetest little 20 wk. old black frizzle..."Tushie"(b/c when she attempts to fly she does a backwards tumblesalt and lands directly on her TUSH!!!) She is a direct result of frizzle to frizzle breeding. She or maybe he, took forever to get full coverage of feathers and even now is not thick a fluffy like my other frizzles. Still bald under the wings thus the flying issues!, super tiny and overcurled. We LOVE this little chick she is sooo sweet! Anyway, I just seperated my chicks by color so I can potentially sell eggs in the future. In Tushiie's pen I have another black frizzle hen, a blue smooth hen, and a black smooth roo. Now, little tiny Tushie is pecking down my big roo(like 3X the size of her at 6wks. old) and acting like a roo!!! Anyway, here's a pic...tell me your thoughts!

I would be so beyond excited if Tushie is a roo b/c that means I could breed Tush with my blue smooth hen:ya Blue Frizzles:ya Ok..these little faces are too much FUN! Blessings, Keri

Update! When my son & I just went out to take these pics he said, "Mommy look Tushie is fuzzy here on her back and she's getting new feather!!!" Could this be the "saddle feathers" that you guys were just talking about!??? I have to take a couple more pics and post them! Blessings & thanks so much for the help! Keri
