Heck no. I hatched 3 button quail & 5 coturnix in that batch. So far, of the 3 button quail, 2 are confirmed male. 1 is undetermined as of now. Of the coturnix, if these 3 are male, then I have 5 males. That would be either 7 or 8 males out of 8 hatched...
That better not happen with the 20 that are in the bator!
