I love ducklings too, but they are big mess makers! And i love grown ducks with lot's of character.

I had 4 buff duckling hatch with my Runners had no idea sex of them sold two to a member here thankfully she was the one who ended up the the drake.

Checked the duckies again, no mark. I will just patiently wait for the first quacks. It is not that i must know it now, just curiosity.

Any pictures? They won't change or Quack till about 8 weeks or older for a juvenile molt..

That's how i came to this question! I wanted to offer an companion duckling to @WVduckchick 's friend who will care for Forest and i did not want her to end up with the only drake i had ordered…

That's how i came to this question! I wanted to offer an companion duckling to @WVduckchick 's friend who will care for Forest and i did not want her to end up with the only drake i had ordered…

Maybe Forest is the drake?
Is there nothing different about them at all? I don’t know buffs personally. Wonder why they didn’t mark the drake? Maybe email them again? I’m going back to the pics and videos now.....
