It's most likely a pullet, just guessing from my own experience from silkie crosses. But then again it's silkie and it could pull a full 180...
 
I think silkie mixes are more attractive than straight silkies. A lot of really cool looking birds come from silkie mixes. This one is no exception.

I do however have a strict "no silkie sexing" policy 🤣. So no comment on this one....

My own guess is female, for some reason I don’t think I’ve ever seen a roo with this type of coloration
