Hi. My chicks are 8 weeks old (+2 days) and I think I have their genders figured out but would like those of you with more experience to verify my guesses. I’m pretty sure that #1, #3, #4, and #5 are cockerels, and I think that #2, #6, #7, and #8 are pullets. (Chick #3 crowed for the first time this morning. It was adorable.)
They are all crosses/mixes. I’m only concerned about gender so I don’t need you to guess the breeds.
