Gender?

I know it may be too early to tell, but I think I have one male and four females. Daisy is bigger than the rest and seems to be the alpha duck. I also read that males don’t talk much except for low noises and that what she does. The rest are very chirpy and talkative while she will sometimes only make a low sound when I hold her.

It is real early. Except for vent sexing (which should have been done even younger and by an experienced person), you will need to wait until you hear or don't hear the quacking. Or see other traits such as the drake tail.
Since you have mixed breeds, it would be a toss up even to say the larger one is male.

Can you take a pic of Daisy's face? Do you happen to know what type of ducks the owner had?

It's too early..By 6 to 8 weeks the voice changes to Quack for Hens and Raspy for Drakes. The juvenile molt happens at around 3 to 4 months old and that's when Drakes get a tail curl.
