Genetic questions!

If I did everything on the calculator right... then I'm fairly certain that if I cross Saffron back to butterscotch then I should get roughly 50% of both make a d female offer spring to be wheaten... Right?
 
YOOOOOOO... I think I miiiiight have done this correctly!!! Any ideas on if this might accurately show what Saffrons is? I tried re-going over everything with his past 3 generations

This is Butterscotch's grandpa along with his sister's. They're a dual purpose Italian breed from the Piemonte region which is where they got their name "Bionda Piemontese" aka "Buff Piemonte"! They're a super fascinating breed too! I feel like the hens look gold wheaten but since the roosters are seemingly black-tailed buff I think that kinda just what they are.

They definitely breed true though, here's the same breed from other breeders in my area
