Are the spots on the same wing of each chick? (left vs. right)

On 1 and 2, they still have a bit of black on the mostly white wing but it is just on the fuzz, the actual feathers are still all white on all three chicks

I had a paint EE cockerel chick like this, but the only thing that caught my attention was his eye.

Not only it has that dark splotch in it's eye, it also looks like it's gonna have two other colors in it as well. But I couldn't get that on camera.

has it been like that since hatch? Or did it develop later?
