I guess it kinda depends on what special trait wins. I like rose combs quite a bit but the only chicken I have with a rose comb is a bantam and atm I do not intend for it to be a bantam breed. As for naming, I think I have something in mind but that will not be revealed until I have at least one chicken meeting my SOP so probably a year or two.What comb type are you going for?

I do ever so happen to have a broiler silkie rooMaybe. Or just going for an uncommon comb time- maybe a walnut. That way you can use a silkie to get the dark skin, 5 toes, feathered feet, and the walnut comb.
