Does This Sound Like A Good Idea Silkie Lovers?

If the chick has yellow skin, neither parent is PURE for white skin. Both parents might show white skin, but they must both carry the recessive gene for yellow skin, or the chick couldn't have it.
I meant should be pure for white skin. I've been abit tired lately.

I have never hatched a yellow skinned Silkies, only white skinned fibros.

Just hatched a bantam Silkie chick for a friend about a week ago, that has recessive Yellow skin, Fibro, Vulture hocks, & a Pea Comb.
Very wonky stuff this year.

The mother of the chick is White Skinned Fibro, Walnut combed, no Vulture hocks.
She's the only White Silkie Bantam, in the coop.

Found my old pictures of the Porcelain D'uccle X Silkie Cross hen when she was still a chick.
Clear view of her vulture hocks.

I loved silkies and would love to see some giant ones! Upgrade from cotton ball to enormous floof.
Will most likely have to continue the project next year. This year didn't work out so far. Might be able to start this year, if I can get rid of a problem Turkey. I can't move birds into their proper coop until then.

Also I'll be getting updated pictures of Floof, my F2 Giant Silkie Rooster once he's healed up. He got into a nasty fight yesterday.
