I have to treat the Silkies for Coccidiosis. So I'm gonna have to cut off my Sister's Silkie's Neurological treatment until they finish their round of corid.

Here's a Project Giant Silkie chick. I was gonna compare his size to a 3 week old Turkey, but the Turkey wouldn't cooperate, so I had to use a flashlight of the same height.

I have a question about my white Satins skin color. He has pink skin, while his 2 other siblings has yellow, why do think that is? He should have yellow skin. W+/w, with Fm/fm+ because of his parents genetics.

Next round of breeding I'm gonna try an F1 X F1 breeding. I get similar results from the F1 X Pure Silkie breeding, so there's not that much of a difference.

Take the Silkied/Black Skinned F2s from the this original breeding, & breed those to the F1 X F1s offspring.

This seems like a better route, with keeping Large size, & Silkie traits.

Here they are at 6 weeks old.

White Barred Chick, still no visible Barring, very pink skin.

Buff Partridge, she has both pink, & yellow skin. Yellow shanks, pink foot pads. She has Griffin tufts.
