So what do you have planned as far as asking her....................... you do have a plan don't you ??.
If you do the obvious she will know, like taking a shower and wearing clean clothes to dinner and being all smiley and lovey dovey, she will be texting her friends and saying stuff like OMG he gonna ask me I know it.
Make it original, nice meal, nice time, do something fun she likes, you know butter her up some, A few strong Margarita's allways help
. Don't do the cheesy down on one knee thing and say something nice and mooshy when you pop the Q they like that.

If you don't already have a ring you could blindfold her and take her to a jewelry shop. You could ask her there and then let her help pick out the ring she wants.

I simply slipped a ring on the Princess's finger - never 'popped the question' - Confident? Yep, I was, and I wasn't leaving her the option of saying no.
