OK y'all...I consider myself a pretty good chicken egg incubator, but these goose eggs will be a whole new ball game. I read the sticky and that was super info. I am not sure what the temp should be in ferinheight and I was a bit unsure of the "cooling" process daily. I believe it was about 10 minutes after misting with tepid steralized water. Any tips or tricks that you have found helpful along the way????? HELP!! I want to do this RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!! Thanks in advance for any advice.

PS .. these are sebastopol/toulouse cross eggs.

Check this out, then you'll get an idea what to expect :) Hatching temp, humidity, tips, etc. are given at the end of the video. For °C to °F conversion, simply google "37.5 C to F". Good luck for your first hatch!!!

Follow the hatching guide that Pete wrote and you should do fine. Geese are not like chickens when it comes to hatching. Yes there can be random what do ya know it hatched situations, but better to follow the goose care for hatching than end up with no hatched eggs. Also better to take the advice from someone such as Pete and his guide after years of goose hatching, than thos with little to no experience.

Google conversion tables, there are lots of them online. Don't let needing to make the conversion stop you from using the best info available to you online.

thanks so much! I love all the info pete had on here. It was very informative. I will do the conversion now. I am leaving in 20 minutes to go pick up my eggs.... then I will set them tomorrow. Wish me luck! (incubator has been up and running for 5 days now steady at 99*

Just did the conversion and its 99.5! go figure same as my chickens! I was just going to switch my brinsea spot checs to celsius but now I dont need to. :)
