The only instances of "Easter" on that page are in the Ameraucana section and they are very clear that Easter Eggers have mixed breeding and are not recognized by APA.
As for the original question, I'd recommend you look around where you live and see what types of chickens your neighbors are keeping or what is being sold in the local feed shops. Quite likely those are the chickens that will do well in your conditions.
