Good dewormer?

One of my chickens has developed diarrhea. I am not sure which one it is but I found the poop. It has worms in it that are still moving. What is a good dewormer I can put in the water? I'll post a picture in a minute but I am having a hard time transfering it from my phone ot my computer.

Oh geez. I hear by the time the worms are coming out in the poop the worms are pretty bad.

I think we should wait for the experts, but I think if it were me I'd give them medicine straight into their mouths so you're sure they're getting enough to take care of the issue. Poor birdies.

Are these roundworms? If so, I think Wazine is supposed to be good for getting rid of them.
 
Yes, those are roundworms.
Wazine and Safeguard are both good to remove roundworms.
If you want something to put in their water, use Wazine. Follow the instructions on the bottle. You will need to treat again in 10 days to eliminate the worms that hatch from the eggs that are left behind after the first treatment kills the adult worms.
