Goodbye Picnik :'(

Does anyone else use Picnik for your digital photography? I can't believe google is taking over, it makes me sooo sad! It was a wonderfully designed program that was perfect for what I do! I tried using the google+ app and it's just not the same.

I don't have the $$$$ to pay for photoshop, so I'm not sure what I'm going to use now, maybe a combination of a few programs? Suggestions anyone? Anyone out there as bummed as I am??

Just because picnik is being owned by google does not mean you will not be able to still use picnik. Microsoft bought skype and it is still free.

Google+ is not an App. It's there Social Network ( i would love to try it). Google is simple tacking picnk (or what ever it's called) to google+ to allow there users a better picture system

I love the cool features & tools. Google + is not a photo editing site, it sucks. I really hope we can find another editing site just like Picnik!

I'm going to miss it too.

The only place I've found similar is Photobucket. They have some of the editing features Picnik has, but not all, and it's not as smooth operating.

Yeah but Photobucket doesn't have the festive Holiday frames or cool stickers!

Are you guys positive they are getting rid of picnik? Or are they just letting you be able to use it on G+ as well?

G+ has a similar photo editing program but it is lacking SO MANY of the features I love on Picnik. So I guess you could say you are able to use Picnik on G+, but definitely knocked down to the bare minimum.
