Google search feature doesn't work on my system

Emily-- good question. I and the people who debug my PC have put on antivirus programs. I actually don't know anymore which is the current one and if it is working. How do I check this?

Is anti-malware included in the anti-virus software?

Malware protection usually isn't part of antivirus software. I know when I got a malware bug it wouldn't let me access certain things. I now use Malware Bytes.

On the anti-virus software and how to check it (if you're on a PC) go to your control panel and then security center. Look at virus protection. It'll show the most current one and if it's turned on (it should be). Then you're gonna want to open that software and make sure it's updated as well. There should be a link to it in the security center but if not go to your programs and find it there. It should be set to update automatically.
