Gordan Ramsey

He is a brilliant man and cook. He devotes alot to help others learn the fine art of cooking.....I could very much do without the foul language...We tend to not watch things with bad language or nudity in it. The attitude of it is what sky rockets his ratings......

Did anyone see the Chopping Block - Now, I loved that one!!

I think it was the chef that taught Ramsey. A preview commercial had said he made Ramsey cry and then the chef said "I didn't make him cry - he chose to cry" LOL

The language wasn't near as bad and it was very funny and the ones I wanted to win won the restaurant.

His name is Marco Pierre, I think......

Gordon can be a little verbally abusive but it makes reality TV what it is, those people know what they are getting into when they agree to join the cast

Gordon Ramsey is being sued by Marco Pierre White (AKA The Godfather of chefs LOL)
It is alleged that Gordon stole MPW's reservation book when he was working for him (and training under him).

Marco is the only person who has made Gordon Ramsey cry.
MPW said"I didn't make Gordon cry, Gordon made Gordon cry"

I'm not into Hell's kitchen, but the F word and Kitchen nightmares WOW. your right the times with his kids when he introduces new foods to them or is raising the turks or pigs or sheep he gets mores attached to the animals then the kids do

After all he has a sensitive heart LOL! I remember him and the kids naming the turkeys!

I remember reading his bio that he refused to be with his wife when she was delivering his kids. I dont think he can stomach the blood and afterbirths too well.

I love him! Yes, the way he treats some of the contestants may seem a little harsh to some, but they knew what they were getting themselves into. He doesn't do it just to berate them and put them down, what they are doing is many times very dangerous. Like the time a guy stuck a hot iron skillet under the counter with the cool ones to hide his mistake, and a guy grabbed it and got second degree burns. And last week, someone served undercooked fish to a woman who was pregnant! All of that yelling motivates the ones who truely want it, and it makes them stronger, more professional chefs who can be proud of their work.

Like someone else said, when it gets down to the last few, the very best, he's a lot kinder and gentler. He just has to weed out the bad apples first. He also seems to be very generous and truely wants to help people acheive their dreams.

LOL! Oh, I know! I watch every season, and I have to say most of his yelling IS justified. I think in a lot of the situations, I'd pitch myself a good hissy fit too! There is no excuse for serving raw food too anyone.

I do notice one thing sometimes that is kinda gross. When he samples the food that's going to go out, it looks like he either uses the spoon on the plate, or uses one spoon the whole time. I wouldn't want someone's germs on my food, especially if I paid an arm and leg for it! You KNOW it has to cost a fortune to eat there!

OH! and I remeber this one time last season, this lady kept sending her entree back saying it wasn't cooked enough, overseasoned, etc. He finally tasted the third one she sent back and said it was perfect. JP took it back to her, and she actually picked it up and marched over to the kitchen to confront Gordon! She tried to tell him how it should be cooked, and I thought he was going to punch her! I think by now he knows how to cook beef.
