Gosling ate toxic plant?

Yesterday was about one issue, today brings the next..I let the goslings around in the backyard and completely forgot to block the angel trumpets, next thing I know, one of them got maybe two one-dollar-coin sizes worth of leaves. I got bounced around maybe 10 clinics and none of them had doctors or were closed today. It's been 6 and a half hours. Gosling is eating normally, sleeping, drinking. Pooped a lot too. Is there anything else I should be worried about?

Blocking/fencing off the plants or getting rid of them would be a good idea. I hope all goes well.
