Got my first predator

I prefer not to kill them either but I have to hide them from my husband....he freaks! He runs from rubber ones!

I know people that will hurt themselves trying to kill a snake; I get along with um and it is not a hard thing to do.

Yeah if it was me that would have been a dead snake. I hate them and they scare the BEEP out of me. That is why I always carry a shovel...LOL

Yep, as much as I hate to do it, if I run across a poisonous snake in the area around our homestead I will kill it. I actually saw my dog get bit in the nose by a Copperhead. Her head swelled up and she had to breathe out of her mouth for a week, but she survived. I like to find snakes on our property; it brings back child hood memories.
