Thanks, I got it from Rhode = Rhoda and eggshell= Shelly. I had everyone thinking of names, You dont want to hear the food related ones !!
Five babies wow, congrats! That is nice, I take it you have roosters too?
We are having fun with the two we got, I might get one or two more in a few months that get together sounds great Cheryl, but it is too far for me to go, But when there is one closer I think I will check it out.
Thanks for the tips for during the day I am not so worried as we got through the first day, I will probably get up during the nite twice to check on them. My son will be home first and check them change the water etc. They do eat alot, and are drinking ok too. When I held them earlier they fell asleep on my chest.
It must be the heartbeat sound that soothes them like puppies.
We put out coop together tonite also, just need the finishing touches to make it homey. When I figure out how to post pics I will.
