Got today new baby chick from TSC

I just got 4 baby bantams from TSC two of them seem lethargic and laying more than the other two what can i do to help them ? I have the heat buld the red heat bulb on them water with electrolytes in a shallow container and wet food put out in a shallow container.Did get water in all of them by offering it in a shallow cap they 2 did drink on their own.

ix a cup od warm water with a teaspoon of sugar stirred in. Poultry Nitri-drench was made for chicks like these. If you don't have some, buy some. Offer the sugar water to all the chicks but dip the beaks of the two lethargic chicks until they drink on their own.

Use a digital temperature reader in the brooder, those red bulbs are not meant for indoors.
