Gotta decide NOW! Production or Heritage??

We are getting our chicks today! Now I have to decide between getting all buff orpies or all production reds! I can't get a mix because the B.O.'s are at the local feed store and the P.R.'s are at TSC. TSC has a minimum of 6 chicks, which is our max. Please bring on the subjectivity and give me your thoughts/experience. I do want eggs to be top priority, closely followed by temperment. Thank you in advance for your knowledgable advice, we are brand new to this!

Seeing that they are coming from a hatchery the buffs will lay good. Hatcheries breed for top egg production. I would go with the buff Orpingtons personally. My hatchery ones were calm and lay-ed decently.
