. 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Cream together sugars and butter. Blend in egg and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to sugar mixture. Roll into balls and press flat onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degree for 12 minutes.
