Not foaming soap. You use a liquid soap refill. But 4/5 is water. 1/5 soap.

You have never used a foaming soap on your hands ?

That would save a lot . Not a bad idea. I think people use too much soap anyway. Like the laundry. Just how dirty are your clothes ? It calls for a cup when 1/4th will do. You know ? Its probably not getting rinsed out all the way.

Pain is bad. the pills aint touching it tonight. This is something new to me. waves of pain all over my back and it feels funny. Odd like Im sitting on an extra cushion or something. Making me sick to my stomach. I wont be able to drive tomorrow if it stays like this. Anyway , just came to catch up and say goodnight. y'all behave
