Granny's gone and done it again

Well, the consignment shop doesn't take stuffed animals. So I got $31 and all my stuffies back.

I'd assume they're in good shape since you were trying to consign them - perhaps reach out to your local Police Department or women's shelters - both may be able to use them as comfort items for children they encounter.

Be careful, mare.

Thanks, we will -- we're not going to leave until tomorrow at this point....go down Saturday and come home Sunday. Hoping we can avoid the usual M-F traffic issues that way that are SOOOO much worse this week because 99% of the folks here have NO business driving on the roads the way they are (sad thing being, at this point they aren't even that bad but the people who shouldn't be driving are still managing to gum things up for everyone due to their panic). I thank my lucky stars I grew up where/how I did because to me this is just "normal" winter driving stuff and I learned how to deal with it from the moment I started driving.

That's such a good idea! Yes, they're still nice. I fix the rips before I sell/donate, and I try not to give a away something that I wouldn't pay money for. They kept the Disney stuffies, and the ones of popular cartoons. They said the others don't sell quickly enough, which I understand.

Good morning from SUNNY California.  Haven't seen the sun in quite awhile, so it's nice!

Granny, hope your mission was successful and hope CB gets better.

h2o, in the banner on the home page they have featured a chicken that looks kind of like a Dr. Seuss bird.

Ok, but my vision of my standard the bird needs to taller and lankier. Not so fluffy

Also granny, the weather is showing that all the rain clouds that have been blowing through here are headed your way, except now the rain will be frozen!  :(    You are right on the edge of it, so hoping you don't freeze.  Supposed to last through Monday.  Take care!

Did the little chick that won't eat survive?

I think she is still alive.
