My friend is going to take moss and buttermilk and mix it up in a blender and paint it on clay pots. She said the moss will start growing.

buttermilk or yougert Thats to get a lot when you have a little. I am gonna superglue mine. or just place it where its wanted.

Think she will also need to seal the pots in a baggie and mist it and keep it in the shade.
